Being on your own and still knowing what to do to entertain yourself and how to look after yourself is a key element of spiritual survival.
To be a survivor you have to be comfortable with who you are alone as well as within your peer group and other groups such as work that you interract with.
You must also be comfortable with listening to your inner guides whether they be your conscience or your Gods, but you also must know your own mind and make your own destiny amd accept that. This is a key to living a spiritual life
