Divine Timing

Is every event that changes our life timed in advance?

Is it something the Gods ordained before our life before they sent our souls to earth for this lifetime?

Certain events in my life have been better handled alone, others with friends and loved ones. Is it my own doing that ensures this or is it some divine plan.

Likewise I physically connect with a friend, always when they are at a crossroads on their life, is it timing or divine intervention that brings me into their life at that time?

The answer is I don't know. Any thoughts would be welcomed.
